Clayton Hawes is a healthcare operations professional with deep expertise in data validation, escalation management, and systems support. As a Technical Operations Specialist at Faulkner Consulting Group, Clayton works with HealthSource RI to lead critical validation processes, perform programmatic audits, and support reconciliations across enrollment systems. He collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve system design and support Tier 2 issue resolution, and his strengths lie in process improvement and delivering actionable insights to enhance public health service delivery.
Previously, Clayton served as an Operations Specialist and Customer Care Escalation Analyst for HSRI, where he became a subject matter expert in key functional areas, including exemptions and 1095 processing. He helped manage complex escalations, contributed to staff training, and led special projects to improve customer service and operational efficiency. Clayton’s experience also includes front-line patient service with Lifespan Physician Group of Newport, where he supported primary care and specialty practices, and a role at the Rhode Island Department of Health, where he created hospital financial dashboards using Power BI. Clayton holds a B.S. in Health Care Administration from Rhode Island College, and an A.S. in Accounting from CCRI.
