Experience
Tiff Jiang is an Associate at Faulkner Consulting Group with experience in global health policy, diagnostics market analysis, and health financing. Her work focuses on using data-driven insights to inform policy and program development across diverse health systems. Before joining Faulkner, she worked with the Clinton Health Access Initiative, where she led multi-country research on HIV, syphilis, and Hepatitis B testing and developed demand forecasts to guide donor and supplier decision-making.
Tiff has also contributed to health enterprise development through consulting work designing an accelerator program in Kenya and producing a market entry strategy for a US molecular diagnostics nonprofit. Earlier in her career, she implemented large USAID progams in Kenya and the Philippines focused on health financing and workforce development at Palladium. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
