Olivia Sage leads end-to-end proposal development, partners with leadership and subject matter experts to craft competitive value propositions, and provides project management support across FCG’s new business pipeline and contract operations.
Prior to joining FCG, Olivia built an accomplished career in global health at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she held progressively senior roles over four years. As Program Manager, she directed operational strategy and performance monitoring across 11 programs in Africa and Asia, managing a $10 million budget for a 40-member cross-regional team. As Strategic Advisor, she counseled Assistant Administrator Dr. Atul Gawande and senior U.S. Government leadership overseeing more than $10 billion in humanitarian health assistance. She also directed donor engagement and partnership strategy for Global VAX, a $1.8 billion emergency vaccine delivery initiative spanning more than 125 countries.
Earlier in her career, Olivia served as a Grants Officer at Boston Medical Center, where she secured more than $25 million in foundation and government funding and managed the full grants lifecycle from prospect research through contract negotiation.
Olivia holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Medical Anthropology from Syracuse University, and a Certificate in Climate Change and Health from Yale University.
