Who has had the greatest impact on your life?
I am truly grateful for the immeasurable ways my dad impacted my life. As an environmental scientist, he dedicated his life to issues such as climate change, way before anyone spoke of it. He did this because he cared about people, the environment and equality. He always told me to find the answer but to also to listen, to be kind, and to give back to my community.
What volunteer work or cause are you dedicated to outside of work?
I serve on the Board of Equity Action at the RI Foundation, dedicated to funding initiatives that improve the lives of the LGBTQ+ community. My partner and I also foster dogs when we are able. Rescuing dogs has always been a passion of mine.
