Clayton Hawes is an Operations Specialist for Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI. He is a dedicated healthcare professional with a strong background in operations and customer service within the health insurance and healthcare sectors. In his role, Clayton functions as a subject matter expert in critical areas such as exemptions, 1095 forms, and various operational systems. His responsibilities include handling complex escalations, fostering knowledge sharing, developing reference guides, and contributing to system design. Prior to this, Clayton worked as a Customer Care Escalation Analyst for HSRI, where he investigated and resolved time-sensitive customer issues, analyzed root causes, and collaborated with team members to improve business processes.
