Experience
Fatima Ndiaye is a trilingual (English/French/Wolof) professional with experience in both healthcare and health policy environments. Currently serving as a Customer Care Escalation Analyst at FCG for HealthSource RI, she specializes in resolving complex customer service issues that span across systems and organizational teams. Her work includes direct customer engagement, systems troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration, all contributing to reduced complaint volumes and improved service outcomes. Fatima’s background includes hands-on healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, where she provided high-quality, compassionate care to patients across multiple facilities. She has also held finance internships at the Rhode Island Insurance Division and Inspiring Minds, where she improved data management processes and supported legislative tracking and reporting. Fatima holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from CCRI.
