Employee Advisory Committee Faulkner Consulting Group has an active Employee Advisory Committee (EAC) that is a sounding board for FCG leadership on processes, policies and employee engagement activities. The EAC identifies and supports shared learning opportunities that strengthen our internal culture and client impact. The EAC meets bi-monthly, and all are welcome to join.
Examples of initiatives/activities supported by the Employee Advisory Committee:
    • Knowledge Sharing: hold knowledge sharing events, including training, that inform our approach to projects. Staff have the opportunity to attend learning events with internal and guest speakers addressing topics such as:
      • Creating a welcoming and respectful workplace for all
      • Introduction to AI assistants
      • Project Management tips and tools
      • Effective Leadership
    • Pride Parade: We show our support for the LBGTQ+ community at the annual Rhode Island Pride Parade
    • FCG Cares: We support our community through organized volunteer efforts with the RI Community Food Bank and Crossroads RI. Learn more about our community involvement.
    • Annual Employee Satisfaction Survey: Committee formulates survey questions, analyzes responses and proposes recommendations to leadership.
