Helen Mylod Yee, MPH, is a skilled public health professional with a strong foundation in Medicaid policy, healthcare consulting, and program implementation. Prior to joining FCG, Helen was a Consultant at Day Health Strategies, where she led research and analysis efforts, developed client-facing deliverables, and facilitated workshops for public and private sector clients. Her expertise spans strategic design, organizational development, and qualitative and quantitative research.
Helen’s background includes key roles at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where she managed behavioral health and long-term services and supports vendor contracts and contributed to children’s behavioral health policy. She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Law from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Davis.
