Experience
Jessie Hole has been a project lead and manager in healthcare operations for over 10 years, working with clients to develop, implement and improve health and human services and programs. Since joining Faulkner Consulting Group in 2021, Jessie’s work has focused on both building FCG’s project management expertise and toolkit across all clients and providing direct project management support to HealthSource RI. At HSRI, Jessie plays a pivotal role in leading the Project Management Office for the Operations team, overseeing large cross-functional projects such as oversight of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), Medicaid Unwinding, and QHP auto-enrollment. She reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer, supporting strategic planning and visioning for the operations team by providing project structure, organization and oversight.
Prior to her current position, Jessie built a strong foundation in healthcare consulting and public service. She spent six years as a Senior Consultant at Freedman Healthcare, where she managed projects focused on healthcare performance measurement and improvement. Her earlier roles included working as a Graduate Associate at Sachs Policy Group and as a National Program Officer at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, where she honed her skills in strategic planning, fundraising, and program management. Jessie is currently an elected member of the Dover, MA School Committee. She has an MPA in Public Policy from NYU and a B.A. in Sociology from Williams College.
