Jordan Banick

Experience

Jordan Banick is an experienced communications professional with Faulkner Consulting Group who currently serves as the Outreach/Communications Manager on FCG’s team at HealthSource RI. In this role, she develops and maintains relationships with external organizations and agencies to raise awareness of HealthSource RI’s offerings. Her responsibilities include generating outreach leads, coordinating and supporting outreach activities, fostering strategic partnerships, and mentoring team members. She also assists the Chief Public Affairs Officer with interagency relations, liaises with the HSRI policy team, and partners with the HSRI data team on customer surveys. Jordan has been with FCG since 2021, previously serving as the HSRI Outreach & Community Engagement Coordinator, where she executed communications strategies and managed outreach activities.

 

Jordan has extensive experience in outreach, communications, campaign management, political organizing, and legislative roles, focusing on strategic partnerships, public engagement, and advocacy. She has served as the state’s Campaign Manager for Health Care for America Now (HCAN) and as Field Manager for the Rhode Island Complete Count Committee (RICCC). Additionally, she co-founded and co-directed The Womxn Project in Rhode Island. Her political experience includes positions as Campaign Manager for Rebecca Kislak for State Representative and Organizer for Ohio Together. Jordan also has legislative experience, having worked as a Field Representative and Legislative Assistant for Representative Adam Smith. She holds a M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island and a B.A.in Political Science and Communications from the University of Washington.
