Joshua Borden is a Functional Design and System Specialist for Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI, where he has played a pivotal role since 2020. In his current position, Joshua is responsible for executing regular quality checks, evaluating key performance indicators to ensure optimal system functionality, and supporting HSRI’s annual programmatic audits. He actively participates in technical design meetings for system fixes and enhancements, oversees the post-release validation process, and manages system access requests. Additionally, he provides project management support during technical review meetings with the system’s vendor and prepares release notes for system updates to facilitate training and general awareness.
Prior to his current role, Joshua served as a Customer Care Escalation Analyst on the HealthSource RI team, where he investigated and resolved complex, time-sensitive customer issues, developed new processes, and acted as a subject matter expert. His tenure with HSRI began at Automated Health Systems, where he worked in various capacities, including Data Analyst, Quality Specialist, and Software Tester II. During this time, he gained extensive experience in data analysis, customer service, and software testing, contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes and service delivery. Joshua holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
