Kaitlin Hagerty is an experienced healthcare professional on Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI. Kaitlin is currently serving as Manager of Plan Strategy for HSRI, where she builds strategic relationships with medical and dental carriers, develops innovative health plans, and manages the plan certification cycle to meet HSRI’s goals, while also serving as the key liaison with regulatory bodies such as OHIC and CMS. Kaitlin’s expertise in plan strategy and implementation is built upon a solid foundation in healthcare administration, gained during her tenure at Brentwood Nursing Home, where she progressed from HR Coordinator to Administrator. In these roles, she oversaw daily operations, led quality improvement initiatives, and managed a multidisciplinary team in a 96-bed skilled nursing facility. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.
