I grew up on a family farm in Rhode Island, where my dad grew sunflowers.
Experience
Molly Pieri is the Knowledge Management Specialist on Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI. She is a versatile professional with extensive experience in knowledge management, adult learning techniques, and training. In her current role, she is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical content, developing training materials, and managing the organization’s knowledge base. She identifies content gaps, incorporates stakeholder feedback, and collaborates across teams to align content with user needs and program goals. Her attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accessible content are crucial in supporting HSRI’s objectives and educating both the HSRI and call center teams.
Prior to joining HSRI, Molly worked at the RI Department of Health, where she held positions as a Lead Case Investigator Trainer and Data Cleanup Pod Investigator during the COVID-19 pandemic, demonstrating her ability to develop training programs and adapt to critical public health needs. Molly’s diverse background also includes international experience as a TEFL Volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Armenia, and work as a Scribe Trainer and Emergency Department Scribe at Brown University Emergency Medical Foundation, showcasing her skills in medical documentation and training. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Philosophy from Bryn Mawr College.
