Experience
Preethi Nair is the User Acceptance Test Manager on Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI. She is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance in the healthcare sector. In her current role she is responsible for the overall testing effort including: all major and monthly releases, supervising a team of user acceptance testers, managing test plans, leading UAT meetings, managing relationships with IT vendors and collaborating with various agencies to ensure successful system releases. Preethi also manages the JIRA ticketing system, providing feedback to technical teams and contact center staff.
Before becoming UAT Manager, Preethi worked as a Testing Analyst on the HSRI team, validating critical defects, documenting test cases, and collaborating with team members and vendors to improve business processes. Her background includes experience as a Customer Service Representative at Automated Health System. In this role, she assisted consumers with Medicaid expansion programs and health plan selection. Additionally, Preethi worked as an Application Tester at Navriti Technologies, developing test plans and setting testing guidelines. Preethi holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Sree Narayana College in Coimbatore, India.
