Experience

Yasmin Alba is an Operations Senior Specialist for Faulkner Consulting Group’s team at HealthSource RI. In this role, Yasmin, prepares and organizes all technical and operational meetings, assists with escalations, and participates in technical design meetings specific to the small business market that HSRI serves. She is responsible for reviewing and approving special requests, system data fixes, and customer-facing communications. Additionally, she provides project management support and works with the Plan Management team on data accuracy and tool updates. She has been with FCG since 2017, holding prior roles at HSRI as a Problem Management Specialist and a Customer Care Escalation Analyst.

 

Yasmin is a bilingual professional, fluent in both English and Spanish, and has close to 15 years of medical and health insurance benefits experience. Prior to joining FCG, she worked at Automated Health Systems in East Providence, RI, where she held multiple roles including Customer Service Representative, Help Desk, Back Office Assistant, and Escalations. She also gained experience at Optum AARP in Providence, RI, as a Customer Service Representative and at Optum HealthSource RI as a Bilingual Coach and Consumer Engagement Specialist. Yasmin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management and Administration from O&M University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
