Faulkner Consulting Group is a healthcare consulting firm with a talented, experienced and highly skilled health policy and program design team. Founded and led by President Deb Faulkner, we are a women-owned small business of 40 New England based employees. We partner with providers and payers to tackle complex health care challenges and pride ourselves on producing deliverables that are both innovative and concrete.

Our mission is to enable our clients to deliver the highest possible value for their customers, by helping our clients make data-driven policy decisions, accomplish innovations in healthcare and deliver operational excellence. Our Strategy team has a combined 80+ years of experience in Medicaid program leadership, ACA implementation, and health plan/provider regulation including program design, implementation and evaluation of new programs.
